A Question About Musical Numbers in Old Riffed Movies

YOUR QUESTION:
Some of the movies you riffed had scenes where a band or performer basically held the movie hostage for a couple minutes to play a song while extras lost control of their bodies and danced along (eg. The Horror of Party Beach, Eegah, Hobgoblins). Were any of them particularly memorable for you? Do you remember liking any of them before you had to watch them over and over again?

NAME TO CREDIT:

I think this is a genuinely good song.

A classic example of this for the Rifftrax guys is Hangin’ Out with my Family, but I’m guessing nobody liked that one, ever.

Heckin’ heck! I needed a nap and slept right through it. I suppose if it doesn’t become replay-able then I’ll just forever wonder if it got asked.

And thanks for the welcomes! I joined up as soon as I could but never ended up posting. You all seem like lovely people so I’ll try to keep coming back!

Glad to hear it!

I’ll end the suspense. They did not ask your question, they only did I think three audience questions out of quite a lot submitted. But it would have been relevant, as there was a big dumb musical number in the middle of the movie they inflicted upon us.

It should be available for replay… soon? I forget exactly when they said.

Aww shucks! I’ll be watching whenever it becomes available regardless.

They always get way more questions than they end up with time for. Keep trying (whenever Season 14 happens)!
