Earlier @Ivan set out a message to backers with information about the backer status rolling out again. This thread looked different - note that there are nested messages.
Those messages are also further down in the thread like usual, but this thread is different. Other threads aren’t acting like this. What happened there?
I like levels in messages as it makes a conversation tangent easier to follow (or ignore) but about 15 years ago, everyone just said, “Nah, we’re gonna make posts all flat.”
Good to see that an undercurrent of rebelliousness still exists.
When I saw it I thought maybe it was a discourse update, but it seems like it was a one-time thing.
Oh crap, I just figured it out. The thread was actually a message that Ivan sent to a big group. Messages behave differently.
