Please advise, I can not get access to virtual theater based off of my invite email. It tells me to wait 5 minutes, log out, then log back in. It doesn’t work, just keeps going to the same welcome screen with the only option is to logout.


Much help is appreciated, btw I emailed the “having trouble” link twice now.
