Is there anything specific I need to do in order to get this, or does it pop up after a set amount of time and everything gets crosschecked?

You have to turn it on in your user profile before it shows up, so make sure you check there.

^ wasn’t there for me. After exhausting everything else, I wound‑up emailing the support team as per this suggestion, and they fixed it for me last night.
