Is there a means to push user ignore/mute so that it applies permanently to threads? I expect that when we take the time to put someone into the category, that that should be the last that we see of them, but it seems when others reply to threads then those threads appear in-feed.

The bell icon at the bottom of the thread allows you to mute threads. That, coupled with muting/silencing users should accomplish what you’re asking.

It is unfortunate that it doesn’t work across the board in a single step, but that’s a limitation of Discourse, not this forum specifically. Still, I don’t envy the mods when the new show goes public…
