I’m logged into my library in one window and the Gizmoplex in another but they aren’t syncing. When I click on the sync button it says to retry. Has anyone found a solution for this? Or is this festure not funtuonal yet?

Did you use the same email address for the KS and VHX? That’s usually the hiccup for people, an email mismatch.
Also, make sure you verify your email address when asked. (it can take up to five minutes to receive the email verification link)
