If you click on what it looks like a ‘cog’ icon, you will find the ‘Blur Spoiler’ option.

Do you mean blurring spoilers?
Highlight the text you want to hide, then click that gear at the end of the toolbar in the message box and click blur spoilers:
You’ll get something that looks like this

I’m closing this because a question has been asked and answered fully. The rest, while fun, is better suited to other parts of the forum.
