Sooo interested by the fact that both my selections (DG and Goodwill) are the top two in this poll. Goodwill makes sense, they’re full of used old stuff. But why does Dollar General smell that way? I can’t even put my finger on what it is. I just know it’s part of the general aura that makes DGs give me a bit of the creeps

The smell of DGs are one of the reasons I normally stay away. It’s so tempting to walk in and just loudly question “What is that smell? Why?!”. Knowing that the answer would be just blank stares from employees(if you can find them).
