Twice now I’ve had this where I’ve downloaded a video for offline viewing and then when I go to watch it, the app claims it isn’t there. I’ve not done any clearing of files on my device.
Being able to watch episodes on the go is a huge feature for me, please can the team work out what’s going on?
No, that’s an issue where the entire list just vanished. This is different, the list is present and looks downloaded, until you go to open a video and then it says it’s not found.
