Yeah, it really annoys me that it’s a vast galaxy and the whole saga is a Dickensian nightmare in terms of character relationships.

We hope. With luck no aspiring author will write a story with the now-grown kid learning that he’s the long-lost great-great-great-great-grand nephew of Padme Amidala.

I was waiting for the kid to sprout mouse ears, but I have garlic in my soul.
Seems to me that there’s a ton of fun storytelling avenues available without involving the freaking force.
