They let us out, so I’m safe now. I was trapped at the gate for nearly an hour though.

Glad you are safe. That happened to me once at another installation nearby. I was inside a building though, and we had to be evacuated. Turned out it was a vehicle backfiring just outside the fence line. Luckily hasn’t happened at the current installation I’m on. Hopefully it was something similar for you guys and not an actual active shooter.

Brina, I am so glad you are safe. I’m also really glad you reached out in crisis. I feel you should seek support in situations like this, and you turned to a group of people who will accept you and support you. Because we’re Robinsons, roughly, and that’s what Robinsons do is survive, basically.
