Syracuse is just an hour down the road from here, and we loved Boeheim. The difference between him and Bobby Knight was that Jim threw his jacket instead of throwing a player’s jacket, with the player inside it.

Rosalynn Carter has died, just a few days after joining Jimmy in hospice.

I got to meet her very briefly in Plains once but saw her a few times at the Carter Center when I lived a few blocks away. What an amazing human being

Sadly, I expect Jimmy won’t be far behind her. That seems to be the way with couples that were together so long. I believe they were married for over 70 years.

But being able to spend 70 years together is wonderful. And maybe he should go soon. After 70 years, outliving her must be impossible to comprehend.

No! I used to work at CNN Center which was their first (only?) indoor theme park. I had a data center with evidence of the build-out. They were absolutely unique
