Y’all ever notice “Gattaca” (w/ Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke) is basically just a rip-off of MST3K?

Consider the movie starts with the title card, “The not too distant future…”

In the not too distant future,
Next Sunday, A.D.
There lived a guy named Vincent,
Not too different from you an me.

He worked at Gattaca Institute,
Just another guy in a grey jump suit.
He did a good job cleaning up the place,
But he lied to his bosses so they shot him into space!

Now we watched this cheesy movie…
