I rolled in the 2022 Intergalactic Krewe of Chewbacchus parade!

“contraption” is the term we use, as float usually implies people ride on it. The T.O.L. is built on a bike trailer drawn by a Tricycle, so not stationary.

The Intergalactic Krewe of Chewbacchus is a DIY Carnival walking parade in New Orleans. We emphasize open participation with inexpensive dues (starting at only $42), handmade throws, and handmade contraptions (what we call our floats).
