Not known for output of the literary variety,(in he wrote non-fiction/history) but i have read more words written by the man than nearly any fiction writer (outside of Val McDermid or perhaps Ian Rankin) and his dissection of history, as well as many normal reactions to a turbulent world, changed me forever… SO hearing the above riff from Girl In Gold Boots was kind of superb.
