A scientist holed up in his dungeon laboratory runs horrible movies non-stop to keep himself awake during marathon nefarious experimentation. They’re driving him mad. But he’s Scottish, so they’re making him mad too. Every now and then he has to let off steam, or, sometimes a mutant thing attacks him.
Two idiots steal new TV technology, Heinder-Definition TV, from a mad doctor and have to go into hiding as he hunts them down. They’ve also invented the Internet Info-mercial, but as they demonstrate the TV they can’t stop talking over the movies. The mad doctor can contact them through the TV, but can’t quite figure out their location. Sometimes he breaks in to force them to watch old commercials. He’s the spiteful type.
