That’s about where I landed while in older threads, but had a hope…
I’m not the ping individual users kind (though not sure how many know bits had got dropped). Le sigh- a shame to, even if only for now, have a bit of the content and context of these early days lost.

I bet the pictures are still there if they were once recoverated once. The newly missing ones just need some resurrectioning perhaps.

Might be time to put a necromancer on the social media payroll.

Earlier today we restored missing images in the threads listed below. If you know of or run across any other topics that are still a mess from last fall’s big image purge, please drop a post below.
Since we’re testing this baby out, let’s see how it handles a tidal wave of fan art! I’ll start throwing in various images I made for Kickstarters, and just for kicks, and previously posted on Twitter and Facebook. Feel free to hop in with your own!
Howdy, folks!
Thought I would make an area where you can show off your MST3K-inspired cosplay!
I’ve waited all week for it to be next Sunday AD and now it’s here! To celebrate, let’s see those Mistie pets of all kinds.
I’ll start with my current dog, Hercules – not Steve Reeves OR Mickey Hargitay, but this guy:

Homemade! Found! Useful! “Other!” I want 'em all!
(I’d recommend one post = one gif, just to keep things snappy!)

Leaping from thread to thread, striving to put right what once went wrong, and hoping each time — wait, no, hang on. Wrong show. Sorry.

Awesome!
Well, I don’t know if they have already grabbed and used all they wanted, but it would be nice if this, and others in that string of Data Team posts were restored…
Myself and optiMSTie fixed ours long ago, but there are still a few posts in several threads that could be done.

I got that one, but I’ll have to go digging in the other topics. There’s a bunch.

Thanks bunches. Looking it over, it appears everything from the thread that collects episodes 502-506 and up are good.
Everything from 501 and back, is where we have holes.

Found another page with some missing ones…
Hey, we’re already into season two! Rocketship X-M was actually the first episode I ever saw, in the middle of the night, as a sullen preteen at my mom’s house for the weekend (her cable service was better than my dad’s). Ah, nostalgia.
As a refresher:
You can submit one to three screenshots in comments on each post. Please keep your images at minimum 800px x 600px and 72 dpi. File type does not matter. YES, screenshots of host segments are welcome too!
If you’d ALSO like to throw in a favor…

Some more image-heavy threads have been restored:
Since we now have threads for favorite villain and both the most and least effective protagonist, let’s complete the set with one for the least threatening or effective villain.
Comfortably placed in this crowded field is the dark master of the Canadian Magical Arts whose legion of incompetent henchmen rival those in any space opera - Satoris.
[Satoris]
Mystery Science Theater 3000 has featured a wide spectrum of malevolent individuals in their featured films, ranging from megalomaniacal rulers to creatures of all sizes to two-bit criminals.
So, the question here is pretty straightforward: who is your favorite villain from a movie or a short that MST3K riffed on? It could be a major Big Bad, a secondary enemy, a robot or a monster (or a robot monster, even), a henchman, whatever.
When it comes to a favorite villain, I’m torn between Mooney fr…
Continuing the discussion from Favorite protagonist from an MST3K film? :
And the flipside of the above, which MST3K film protagonist would you not trust to withstand even the most trivial of threats?
For me, it’s a toss-up between whiny clone Richard from Parts: The Clonus Horror
[Clonus]
and the serially ineffective Dr. Ted Nelson from The Incredible Melting Man.
[IncredibleMeltingMan]
I had an adolescent crush on Joel and I suspect it may have influenced my choice in a husband (a thin juggling magician geek who plays guitar).
Normally MST3K is all about the obscure references. What about references TO MST3K?
Let’s put together a collection of some of our favorite homages to the crew of the SOL! Don’t forget to include the source if you can!
Let’s start with one of the most famous, Futurama!

In season 2, episode 12, our favorite ‘bots tell the main cast of the show to be quiet so they can watch the movie.
Here’s our robot friends as part of Rick Jones’ collection of the most powerful artifacts in the Ma…

We’re missing a few more images in this thread:
All right peoples, we all love MST3K. We all like things that a lot of other people love.
But what would you call your most niche or obscure fandom? Like, when you meet someone else who knows what you’re talking about, you squeak in excitement?
I’ve talked in the past about my complete love of the 1960s WWII drama Combat!, and I will never stop trying to turn people onto that show.
