What’s great about that one is how it first appeared in The Castle of Fu Manchu, and then two seasons later when Outlaw rolled around, his name would show up in the credits again, and Servo doesn’t waste a second in making a callback to that riff.

  1. Can’t claim credit for it. Someone on Ars Technica noticed all the “-ando” nicknames in various Star Wars properties, i.e., “Lando," “Mando," “Pando(?),” and wondered when a character named “Rando” would be introduced. Then someone else noticed that with a little creative rearrangement of Star Wars: Andor’s title card… et violà. ↩︎
