Strangest place to find actors from MST movies

So, I’m sitting here, playing Yakuza 3 (video game) and I’m hearing this lone English speaking person in a game filled with nothing but Japanese speaking people. The characters name is Andre Richardson, and he’s played by Charles Glover. If that name sounds familiar, he played Officer Danziger in Mitchell. Has anyone ever watched a movie/show, or played a video game and saw a person from a Riffed movie appear in it out of nowhere?
