'My Videos' not showing in the Gizmoplex [NOTE: a temporary fix is in place until Vimeo fixes the problem, please read in thread]

When I click on ‘My Videos’ at Browse - MST3K: THE GIZMOPLEX, instead of showing me my member pass content, I get a message ‘you haven’t had any transactions yet’.

For some reason, the My Videos link is pointing to the Settings control panel.

Does a direct link (below) to your pass work for you? If so, it may just the menu link pointing to the wrong place.

Direct link works for me. Glad to see it’s likely just a bad link and not the destruction of all my purchase records.

That said, the link at the top is (I think correctly) to: /settings/purchases

But that redirects to: /settings/manage/transactions

So it’s not the link on the top, it’s the page underneath that’s doing a little weirdie weird.

Thanks for the direct link, I clicked on that, and it took me to my videos (still can’t get to the ones I own there, but at least they are at the 'Plex)

Thanks for posting about this! This is a pretty bad bug, seeing as it’s preventing people from, you know…watching the videos that are rightly theirs. It’s been forwarded to Vimeo for hopeful immediate action.

It works on my Android phone, but I have not tried it on a laptop browser.

For what it’s worth, the Roku app still worked fine for me. It was just on the website I was having issues.

Ditto for the Apple TV app. No issues there.

And I tried the iOS app and it’s fine as well. Virtual Theater has no problems either, just a bad link on the website itself.

I had this issue in Chrome, though when I went to the theater page I could access my videos there.

I’ve been having the same problem lately. The direct link did work though. I hope they fix the main site link though. Fortunately everything still works at the Gizmoplex theater.

Same as mine, the pass shows on the Roku app, only the website shows nothing. The virtual theater, though, does still show everything available.

I went to Gizmoplex.com today to watch and it shows me as logged in, but my purchases are gone and it says that I have no transactions or card details either…

Please help.

@gbmcneill, please see above for current workarounds. Alternaversal staff are aware of the problem and are investigating.
