You can pay extra for the “HD” version. With that old of a movie, what do you gain by “HD”?

If it was originally shot on film, then it likely does have more fidelity than standard definition tv. It’s the stuff that was originally shot on standard-def video that is (mostly) stuck at that quality forever.
