Due to time constraints, I will not be able to attend the whole livestream, so… is the plan to air the short before or after Manos airs?

I was thinking about that earlier today. In my head there were arguments for doing it either way, but I am curious to know whether it is an appetizer for Manos, or a desert after another fine viewing of Torgo-based entertainment.
