Owned Movies not appearing in the Gizmoplex Theater

If I’m understanding what you said here, it sounds like you have used two different email addresses (one at the Gizmoplex Theater and a different one for the VHX site (and maybe the Kickstarter??)) If that is the case, that’s your problem.

You will need to contact the VHX help desk and see about consolidating all of your purchases under one email address. (the one you used for the Gizmoplex Theater would probably be the best choice)
