I’m starting to get a very Eagle Eye (2008) or Person of Interest vibe from this trailer. The repeating eye motif? The mumurating point cloud background screens? “His fate has already been written”? Seems like an A.I. observing, predicting, and attempting to control global events to me — just the sort of thing any intelligence agency would have nightmares about while simultaneously doing everything possible to obtain or get rid of.

Apparently there’s yet another cameo to watch out for.

I’m no Criswell when it comes to predicting the future and, yet, I feel very certain that, at some point in the next year, I will stumble upon this Barbie movie while incredibly high and sit there for the duration, staring at the screen like a dog that’s been shown a card trick.

Let’s see — the movie lands July 21, 45 day theatrical window if it doesn’t bomb opening weekend, that puts the streaming release around Labor Day.

Getting excited for this. Wasn’t sure how they would do a sequel, but they may have pulled it off.

Just curious… what was the last movie or TV series that didn’t depict angels as being mostly dicks?

Save the date — August 23rd!

You mean aside from various Hallmark channel movies?

We loved Poker Face, tons of fun and quite nostalgic in a Columbo kinda way.

Y’know, I love the Expendables franchise. It’s a throwback to the silly fun boomies of the '80s and '90s, and I am here for it.

Jason Statham running around doesn’t hurt either.

I think the title says it all.

The 3rd one was the only bad one IMHO.
