Any guesses on how Emily will “learn” how to riff? Maybe she’s aware of the show through YouTube or such, and she’ll take a shot. I suspect she’ll start volleying comments almost immediately.

According to the description for Beyond Atlantis, it appears that her training is built in to her introduction to the show.

OK, so it’s similar to how Mike was tossed in. Too bad it can’t admit she has live show experience, and that’s how she’s prepared.

They’ve already shown MegaSynthia on the moon, so it’s unlikely that the live shows are ‘canon’.

However they do it she will be fine. She did great on the telethons and was really good on the tour .
