I know it is heavily implied in some episodes that Tom’s “eyes” are in the middle of his dome. Ever since I started watching back in 1991 I’ve always envisioned his “eyes” in the space below the dome and above his beak.
So…where do YOU envision his eyes?

On some level, he doesn’t have eyes, more so absorbs movies via osmosis. In reptilicus, I think Tom actually says he doesn’t have eyes also.

If you mean the one in the picture above, that’s my reaction. If you mean the frosted one he has now, I don’t know if I’d have noticed the difference if people hadn’t pointed it out.
