Whenever I leave the web page of any June Vault Pick in the Gizmoplex web site (through a browser), and then I come back to it, I have to start over and it won’t save my progress.
Please fix ASAP!
EDIT: The problem also exists on Roku devices; it would therefore be extremely safe to assume that the problem also exists on the iPhone app, which I also have.
UPDATE 2: For some reason, it’s resolved on my Roku device, as well as on the Gizmoplex, so this ticket can be closed!

I have no issue continuing a replay on the web or Roku, switching devices or clearing browser cache, etc.
Is this problem happening ONLY with the Vault picks for you, or is it any video? Whatever the problem is, I feel like it would make more sense if it’s on everything for a particular user.
Can you give us a little more info about your setup (browser & version, OS, etc.)? I just switched between multiple browsers (Chrome & Safari, Mac), the iOS app and the Apple TV app and the episodes I tested (Delta Knights and Magic Sword) both picked up where I had left off each time I switched apps/devices.
Is anyone else having the issue OP describes?

The problem is only happening with the vault picks. I watched Monster-a-go-go on the Roku App from one bumper to the next one and it saved my progress without a problem.

Is that enough, or do you want more?
Also, like I said, this is also happening on my Roku device.
See second update to my post. Problem solved!
Could you state what the solution was in case others have the same problem? Thanks.
It just showed up on its own. That’s all I can state. I’m sorry if it’s insufficient.
