CLOSED: Still can't login to virtual theater after verifying account

I received the invite email for the virtual theater, created an account, verified my email, and I still get redirected to The Gizmoplex whenever I try to login. It does say it can take up to 5 minutes, but it’s been 12+ hours.

Please send an email explaining your issue to gizmoplex@mst3k.com and someone on Ivan’s team will get you taken care of. They’re up to their eyeballs in prep work for the public premiere this weekend but will get back to you as soon as they can.
