For me, Summer food is all about firing up the grill. In addition to the meats listed in the OP, ribs are a favorite of mine:

And, here in St. Louis, pork steaks are king of the grill.

Asparagus. A Spring treat. I especially dig it in the Summer. Nothing goes better with Steak than fresh Asparagus. Except maybe a Baked Potato. :slightly_smiling_face:

Not that I don’t admire the ingenuity, but I feel compelled to point out that a bottle is a perfectly viable drinking vessel.
