Hmm, good question…though I just feel both would just keep wasting everyone’s time.
Sumaru would just go on and on and talk about her perfect world rather than do it.
Fu Manchu would just keep making idle threats until his plan blew up in his face, then claim he’d take over the world next time.
Now, you see, I feel the exact opposite, Fu would be busy talkin’ all his plans, and wouldn’t even notice one of Sumuru’s girls put him in a thigh-lock !
