The Master Ninja flicks and Fugitive Alien are a few that I’ve just never got around to seeing start-to-finish. They stream ALL THE TIME, so I’ve seen enough bits and pieces to get a pretty good sense of them, but this will be a neat excuse to finally check them off my list.

My guess at the theme of “sorta Asian heroes” was actually pretty close.
I’m currently watching Invasion of the Neptune Men, but I’m realizing that’s what a Leonardo would do.

I started with this one last night, and I don’t think I’ll rewatch it again - it hasn’t aged well. I’d kind of forgotten about America’s deep strain of Japanophobia in the 90s and didn’t care for the reminder. Can’t win ‘em all, guys.
The GizmoBlips, OTOH, solid gold as always. Speed is an always-welcome 90s revival.
