That is hilarious. Well, it’s amusing. I don’t think I ever saw that one, but that’s a brilliant, sassy conceit.
Obviously, not just some shlub can pull that gag off, but that is a kind of humor which, IMHO, is very much not cancelled. A humorless rube might fire off an irate missive to the Readers’ Digest or whatever, but that’s a small gift to the world.
Very small. Like a Tommy Wiseau. But still somewhat amusing, in a small way.
