This is from a 1927 comic called Polly and Her Pals. I thought it was pretty funny, but someone on Lemmy said they didn’t understand what was going on. What’s the consensus here?
Hm. Old man is at a show with sexy young date. Date wants a drink of water. He goes to get some, waits in long line at the water cooler. Fights his way through a crowd trying not to spill the drinks. Makes it nearly back to his seat when some oaf jostles him while bowing to a girl, and makes him spill it. He attacks said oaf and goes to jail.
Not that funny. That sexy usherette can get it, though.
