In video viewer, I can select any point on the timeline to go forward or backward in the video except under the volume slider. Selection area for volume slider may be a little too large. Using Firefox 98.0.

See the same issue in Microsoft Edge 90.0.

See the same issue in Google Chrome 99.0.

I am using 1680 X 1050 desktop resolution and 100% DPI. Win 7.

Ditto. It’s dependent on how you approach the control. If you come up from the bottom the volume will activate and you can’t scroll the video. Narrow that row of icons response to give the cursor an opportunity to deselect.
