Since today was St. Patty’s Day, I was listening to everyone’s favorite: Londonderry Air, aka Danny Boy. The version I’ve been listening to was this. Slow paced and pretty peaceful if ya ask me.

Can’t remember if I posted any Jimmy and/or Stacy Rowles yet. But today is the day (again) regardless!! 
(Some of the hardcore Jazz fans on here might remember Rowles, Sr. for his composition “The Peacocks.” Also, he was one of Billie Holiday’s favorite accompanists. He tended to turn down jobs from other vocalists, no matter how good they were, because he didn’t want to “drag Lady.” <3)
