Beautiful clear skies. Sunny. No wind.
And 20F.
It is soooo lying out there!

We had a nice steady rain overnight and temperatures will be plummeting once again with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s till Wednesday then a nice warm up.
It’s increasingly likely my locale will have its first snowless Oct-May on record(1878-2023). Only 18 times in 145 years have we seen snow after this date. The current snow drought sits at 412 days, the 14th longest on record. This makes me sad
It’s howling sideways lake effect nasty out there this morning. I will box this up and mail it to you.
The lake doesn’t ask for consent, or even cook us breakfast. Sometimes Erie gets in on it too, and things get really freaky.
3rd and Final night of Round 2 of low temperatures below freezing…
Then temperatures skyrocket to highs of 80 degrees by Thursday and no lows below 40 degrees the rest of the month of March.
We could be well on our way to actual Spring time temperatures
Another day of high wind warnings
please keep the power on, please keep the power on, please keep the power on
Hey guess where I live?!?!?
Very dense fog this morning (visibility: 1/4 mile) after a day of gloomy light to moderate rains yesterday…
A warm front moved through the area overnight from the southwest, currently 52F at 4:30am and the high will shoot to the upper 70s to near 80 today.
Oh Hai Spring
51 when I left the house. Cold front moving in by mid-afternoon with heavy rain.
It’s supposed to start raining around 2am tomorrow morning and not stop until 2am Saturday morning. We’re under a flood warning and a high wind advisory.
And of course Friday is the day I try to get all of my errands done. -_-
At least it’ll be done early Saturday. Sat afternoon is my soccer team’s home opener and I will be ANGRY if I had to miss that!
Well after our Not A Cyclone on Tuesday, which followed The Great Windstorm of the previous Tuesday, it looks like we’re in for another batch of howling wind and rain… next Tuesday!
I actually like inclement weather within limits, but last week we lost power for 2 days, and this week a huge tree fell on my neighbor’s house, and I’m kinda over it for a while?
Big thunderstorm here right now. Lots of lighting and rain, no wind yet.
Welp we’re back to February here in the Carolinas…
Today’s High: 85F
I’m showing 90F at 4pm on my home weather station
Let the record show that I lost the AC battle for this year on March 24.
I’m still in the running (heck my furnace is still running!) Get back to me in June …
Every year I see if I can make it to July 4 before needing to turn on the AC. If the cold weather so far is any indication, I just might make it this year.
I let it get up to 80º in here and the temperature hadn’t peaked for the day yet … it had to happen, but I’m not happy about it.
Amazingly, I have Not turned on my AC despite the heat today but believe you me, I seriously thought about it
Currently 63F for a Low at 4:30am.
A line of storms is moving into the area but based on the future radar, it looks like it will fall apart by the time it reaches my locale
Yup… Had a little rain around 8am and the line is falling apart. Might get another tinkling over the next hour or so and that’s about it.
Not even remotely enough to quell the crazy pollen levels here
Overnight snow and a high today of about 40. More snow expected through the weekend.
Right now:
