I have always been curious about the MST3K community and what other things you identify with. The MST3K Fandom was the first thing I connected with way back in the early 90s.
For me, I am a cisgender, white old Goth lady (50s) that marries anywhere between the 20s to early 60s in my clothing choices and how I decorate my household.
My music is anywhere from the 1920s to today. I am most definitely GLBTQA+. I don’t think you have to be religious to be a good person even though I align to Quakerism.
My only friendship qualifications is that can’t be an intolerant ass.
I think there’s a lot of Misfit Toys in this fandom. That’s one of the things I adore about this group. I found the MST3K community and immediately felt at home.
I would love to hear from other refugees of the Island of Misfit Toys.
So you are William Peterson?

Here you are welcome to discuss all things relating to what we assume is your favorite show ever, Mystery Science Theater 3000. These forums are currently in development as we decide whether to stick with this option or go with something else. We look forward to getting your feedback on where things should go from here.

Not counting a few replies about Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z MSTies coming together, the thread’s been inactive for quite some time.
I am the terror that flaps in the night! I am the tomato stain on your best shirt. I am… an unapologetic weirdo with a house full of toys and random interesting crap, a huge LGBTQ ally, and have withdrawn from so many fandoms over the last decade or so due to increasing levels of awfulness. Thankfully MSTies are good folk who embrace weirdness and fun, so I feel right at home here.
I’m a Gen-Xer, atheist, a reader, a movie lover, bisexual, socialist guy. So I get almost every riff!
If you’re from Minnesota or Wisconsin, yeah, that’s a sweep!
WHOOOO ARRRREEE YOOOOOUUUU?!?
