They are ravens. It’s odd to see so many together. BTW a group of Ravens is called a Conspiracy. It certainly looks like they are plotting something to me.

Housecats aren’t causing the great songbird die-off … they’re starving to death by taking points instead of the up-front payoff. WAKE UP, BIRDS! There aren’t two more of you in that bush.

I managed to catch a video of one of the loud frogs in our backyard pond tonight. I believe this one is a gray treefrog. We also hear an American toad quite often, and I’ve seen a green frog in the pond this spring too.
