[x] Seconds in the Future (Or Past)

Hello - sometimes, I’m not actually paying attention (gasp) and I miss a riff, or don’t quite hear it properly. I think it’d be useful to add controls to skip back or ahead by 10-15 seconds.

Note, you can skip 5 seconds forward or back with the arrows keys.
