This is one I have to hear every year. It’s schmaltzy as all get out, but it gets me every time.
Heard this one earlier today. It’s a beautiful song, but man is it a downer. Something about Karen’s voice always makes me sad.
Tull with Doane Perry, one of my favorite drummers.
I didn’t care for some of the Carpenters’ songs, but I love this one. I don’t have any problem with melancholy Christmas songs, and Karen had one of the greatest voices ever.
