Part of me is still sitting in our dusty, half-rehabbed rental dormer on a hot summer night gluing collages together on a lap pillow while watching a Fugitive Alien episode that taped while I was at work. It’s 1 AM and I’m trying not to laugh too loudly because my roommate is asleep. I’m also trying to prevent the cats from drinking the glue water or eating the paper scraps.
I’m getting a lot done, because I won’t be on the interent for several more years.
Miraculously, I will not wake up for work in 8-9 hours with a bad back despite being slouched over for two hours straight. The past is truly magical.
