Well, for us is was pretty easy since we didn’t have much in-house programming. Just lots of installing patches and double-checking every piece of kit to make sure it would work ok. We still had to come in January 1st to make sure the computers didn’t, I don’t know, grow legs and set up booby traps or whatever the hell they were supposed to do.
