The Land That Time Forgot & At the Earth's Core

I just picked up all of ERB stuff that is public domain in a collection. Likewise with HG Welles and Robert E. Howard. Agree that Tarzan comes off as the most flat of ERB’s stuff. I finally finished the Caprona series with Out of Time’s Abyss. I will add I’m loving Howard’s Conan and Solomon Kane works. Interesting that the first tales of Conan are when he was king later in life.

As to the movies, I was a small kid who watched ‘Land’ and ‘People that Time Forgot’ in the theaters. Thanks to those, many a time my one color plastic dinosaurs fought my die cast metal soldiers on wooden blocks floating on top of lava when I was a small child. It was about 50-50 on which side won. Loved them riffing a movie that was a part of my childhood like that.

That’s a wonderful memory to have associated with MST3K.

At the Earth’s Core has Carolyn Munro. That’s enough for me to watch.
