What would season 14 be?

Hey all,

So, God willing and the creek don’t rise, if we’re lucky enough to get another season of MST 3K, I was wondering, what are some things you’d really want to see?

UPDATE: Apologies to all- I think I made a mistake by combining so many options into one poll. So I’m going to split this into three areas: Production, Content, Turkey Day

PRODUCTION:

  • Physical Sets (less green screen)
  • One Host/cast for the season
  • Multiple Hosts/cast (if possible)
  • Hexfield View Screen
  • Magic Voice
  • Cameos (original cast - IF possible)
  • Cameos (non MST cast, ala season 11)
  • Live Events (ala season 13)

CONTENT:

  • Black and White films
  • Sword and Sandal (ala Hercules) films
  • Biker Films
  • Action/Spy films
  • Small films (ala “I accuse my parents”, or “girl in lover’s lane”)
  • More Shorts
  • Serials (or maybe, like the shorts, a version of the show that drops a chapter from old serials, one a month for a year. Imagine “Phantom Creeps” or “Undersea Kingdom” done this way)
  • More surgically enhanced older episodes
  • Public Domain films
  • Non widescreen movies
  • Non MST episode content on the Gizmoplex (ala a show that interviews cast and crew from the movies that were riffed, Ballyhoo documentaries about those films, Cinematic Titanic, etc).

TURKEY DAY:

  • I prefer a LONGER Turkey Day marathon (ala 2022)
  • I prefer a SHORT Turkey Day marathon (ala previous years)
