I could never find an explanation for Servo’s head. Another thing I couldn’t find an explanation for was why Joel had a light blue jumpsuit.

In Kevin’s intro for the Rifftrax edition of Rocket Attack USA, he said that they gave Servo a haircut “simply because we could.” So there’s your explanation.
