While this is frightening, it could be worse. I have another booklet/guide from around the same time which exhorts you to mash American cheese and roll it in paprika-dusted balls to make “pumpkin” canapes. 
It’s a TROMA picture, I guess? And, hey, it launched him into production management of a shockingly influential UHF station, so there’s that.
Makes me happy I don’t use them any more. That was something I kind of missed.
