is Crow T Robot based on a basenji?

I’m not sure, this is the only picture of Sean Connery I can remember:

That’s because that’s the only Sean Connery movie anyone should watch.

It may possibly be the only movie anyone should watch.

No, I meant Growler should be compared to Henson not Vigoda.

BTW, if we are comparing any bot to Sean Connery, it should be Tom Servo.

I can barely tell the two apart.

Kevin Murphy is the bear, actually. This is canon.

The bots came from Joel tinkering and seeing what worked. The bots sorta started before the show from Joel selling robot sculptures at a magic (?) shop. Also, I also seem to recall Joel saying in the preview version of the robot puppeteering class that Growler is sort of based on someone he knows.

Seems like we just need to connect the dots between Joel and Abe Vigoda to support that Growler rumor.

Joel knows Fozzie!?

Rolf, not Fozzie.

I… Woah. I mean yeah, of course Growler is based on Rolf, and if Joel knows Rolf…

You buying any of this?

But if Joel knows Rowlf, and Growler is based on Rowlf, and Rowlf is based on Jim Henson, who’s secretly Abe Vigoda, who might be based on an idea by Sean Connery with a teleplay by Kevin Murphy, and Crow is collated from a 12-page outline concerning the spare parts of a robotic bird, and somehow Kevin Bacon is linked to all of them, and Scarecrow’s brain was left of the list for consideration, then… who is Merritt Stone, I ask you?
WHOOOOOOOOO IS MERRITT STONE?!

(I’d better double-check I’m not an A.I. after writing that down.)
