Without a doubt, Jeffrey Combs is amazing in everything. Weyoun is one of the all-time best Star Trek villains, I loved him in The Frighteners, and I also love his voice-acting credits. His turn as The Scarecrow in the New Batman Adventures makes me wish he appeared in it more than just the one appearance, but he was also fantastic as The Question in Justice League Unlimited and Brainiac in Injustice 2.
