Fractional base bonuses is an “unchained” rule. So it really is up to @TheHippy whether you get to add 0.75+1.5=2.25 (2) or BAB 0 + BAB 1 = BAB 1.

(My guess would be that you would still be BAB 1 as a Wizard 3 Rogue 1.)

Correct, we are not using unchained, you only get the bonus when you get a full BAB point, not using fractions.

All of the Drow have fled the PF2E universe, and are seeking refuge in the Mystery Science Pathfinder 3000 universe. The number of Drow in our campaign just magically doubled!

The books from the trunk were written by a Drow alchemist, and his name translates to Mazrin T’valvi in the common alphabet.

I’m not sure I can recall drow ever appearing in any Paizo product. I know they existed in Pathfinder and on Golarion, but I read all the novels and can’t remember any about drow.
