Ah geez, I broke the keep it clean rule again this afternoon. I forgot to wash my hands after lunch and now I’ve been leaving greasy handprints all over the forum.

It was because of me. So, if anyone is wondering whether or not you did something wrong, you didnt. It was me.
I suppose I feel as though Im in this forum with adults that realize this is all in good fun. I never intended to offend anyone. I didnt feel as though my picture that got flagged was inappropriate at all. I also, dont feel as though anything I was talking about or language that I used was inappropriate.
The last time I had been flagged for my pics and my language, I can admit might have been over the line. So, I cleaned up. Stopped the cursing.
But this time, Im sorry, I just dont agree. Now, I think I know what the mods consider inappropriate. Its like the saying, I cant describe pornography(should i blur that word), but I know it when I see it. I have a different opinion about what is appropriate, and I have that right. But there are rules. I will do my best not to say or do anything more than mst3k does.
And let me just say, Im fairly new here. Its difficult to know what someone thinks is not appropriate for this forum. Im learning. This is just too much tho. You flagged me, you messaged me, you sent a post about it. Now its a whole topic? And I also received warnings about taking over threads! Im sorry I wasnt keeping track on how many threads I was responding to or if it there was alot to one person or not. I was just responding to what I wanted to. It never occured to me. So, once again, Im sorry if that offended anyone.
Maybe its a good idea to use that mute/ignore option on me. Then theres no question at all!

Potroast, I sincerely hope it wasnt something I said or did to stop you from following a thread. Trust me, whether it was something the mods should have flagged or not, I want you and ANYONE ELSE WHO READS THIS If there is something I post that makes you uncomfortable, please, please feel free to let me know. Like I probably said elsewhere, I’m not bothered by just plain ol’ nudity. I’m an artiste [adjusts beret] so I’ve seen my share. I just personally prefer it blurred with a mention that it’s there. In case I’m reading at work.

Which is a good reason for this rule in general, even a boss just seeing you’re reading something with the F- word in it could potentially land you in trouble at work.
The family friendly thing is important too (although I don’t know that we’ve had any kids here), but the work thing is, in my opinion, a more important reason.

I think it’s kind of silly if someone would lose their, uh… powder over a statue of Venus or David, but our absurd culture is what it is. Even on Deviant Art I keep the very small number of collages I have with those statues in them behind a blur. It’s just not worth risking a lecture from someone with nothing better to do that day than get in a snit.
